Social Media Management Terms & Conditions
Length of contract
Our social media management packages are run on a month by month basis. Payment will be taken up front to secure your package with us and will run until the end of the month. (For example if you were to sign up on the 17th of April, your renewal date would be the 17th of May). If payment is not received by your renewal date, posting will be temporarily paused until the invoice is settled. We do not accept any changes/ cancellations to your package once the month has begun, however if you wish to change your package or to cancel you may do so at the end of the month.
Work pattern
Our managers work on a 7 day a week schedule and will post on clients accounts (if your package includes weekends) over the weekend. Please note our response time may be slower on the weekend and late evening. We do not operate on UK Bank Holidays, so no posts will be uploaded during this time. Phone calls should be requested and booked with 48 hours notice.
Content creation
All of our content creation is bespoke to our client's branding and fully researched before creation. If you have anything in particular that you'd like posting, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice.

Data protection and privacy policy
By accepting to work with The Social Club Ltd you accept that your designs, page and Instagram insights can be used by The Social Club for advertising and marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise.
Your personal details, passwords and account information will never be shared with any third party company and/or individuals.

Design & Print Policy
Design work will be booked in once payment has been received. Clients and customers are required to send copy of text over before the work is due to start. All spelling, punctuation and grammar should be sent correctly, where possible we will amend any incorrect spellings however this cannot be guaranteed and ultimately the responsibility lies with the client/ customer. Before design work is undertaken the client will be asked to provide examples and ideas of how they would like the design to look. 3 amendments are free of charge, any further amendments/ changes required will be chargeable at £25 each. Please allow 3-5 business days for all design work to be completed (this does not include print). Print can take up to 10 days for delivery, please allow longer during busy periods.

Website Policy
Website design and build work will begin once payment has been made. If the customer chooses to provide website copy then this must be sent ahead of the design and build work. Where the customer has paid additionally for copy write design and build will begin following payment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any copy write sent is spelt and grammatically correct.Please note, websites are non refundable. A yearly payment for hosting and domain ownership will be required (quoted on an individual basis depending on package) and will be invoiced for ahead of the due date. Where payment has not been made in time the website will be taken down (offline) and will only be put live once payment has been made.
